Qualifications:
• High School, Senior High School, or College graduate
• With or without BPO experience (at least 6 months of BPO experience is a plus)
• Experience in Customer Solutions is a plus but not required
• Strong English communication skills (can speak and understand English well)
• Great at helping customers, solving problems, and handling multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and software
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Compensation Package:
• Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱27,000/month
