Qualification:

• At least 8 years of experience as SRE System Support Engineer
• Monitoring Tools (Promotheus and Grafana preferred)
• Level 3 Support (Hardcore Troubleshooting)
• Implementation of Infrastructure
• System Support such as incidents in production – self-healing strategies related to implementation
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis
