- Not misuse our services, such as submitting false information, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to access unauthorized systems.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during our engagements (e.g., IT security assessments, candidate data).

5. Payment Terms
For paid services (e.g., payroll management, seat leasing, IT security assessments), you agree to pay the fees specified in your agreement with STACKph. Payments are due as outlined in your contract, and late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
6. Confidentiality
STACKph commits to maintaining the confidentiality of your data, including client business information and candidate profiles, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by STACKph during our engagement, such as IT security findings or recruitment strategies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STACKph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
STACKph reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these STACKph Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm our operations or reputation. You may terminate your engagement with us by providing written notice, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
